We don't often get to do business with a firm that is outstanding and when I do, I like to tell them how much I appreciate that. I asked you to recover a dental chair. And, you did it exquisitely. I think it looks better than when it was brand new. You found a bolt missing and you went to Home Depot to get another one. Now, that I think about it, the last upholsterer probably did not replace it.

When you told me the price, I was given a $200 range. I have no idea what your competition charges. That does not matter. The fact that you charged me the lower of the range that you quoted was impressive. And then you recovered the stool with no additional charge!

I know you have a younger generation in your business. You are teaching them the right way. I applaud you.
